I’m sorry to hear that, your health and safety should never be in jeopardy due to your web presence. I know I’m making assumptions that this came about because other people are terrible, but if that is the case I hope they get their comeuppance.
No matter how long a break you take I’ll still support you and be rooting for you.

Likewise taking a break from social networking does sound like a good idea, since it can be a hassle on keeping up with a lot of stuff that’s happening from time to time.
